Join us for Brewing Change, a new quarterly series focused on connecting our community around the important topics impacting our area.
Each session will be hosted at a different location in the Tri-County area, providing the opportunity for neighbors and changemakers to come together over coffee to listen, connect and inspire action toward a stronger, more resilient Tri-County region.
ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) households make more than the Federal Poverty Level but fall below the ALICE Threshold. That Threshold is the income at which individuals and families are able to afford their basic needs. The ALICE Threshold is based on budgets that include costs for everyday essentials like housing, transportation, food and child care.
Our Ready, Set, Thrive! School Support Drive is collecting essential items to help fill school supply closets with much-needed food, hygiene products and extra clothing to support families through the summer months. We’re also gathering back-to-school supplies to ensure students start the new school year confident and prepared.
Trident United Way Day of Action is an annual global movement in partnership with United Way Worldwide. Together, we support older adults in our Tri-County, building a stronger, more vibrant community for all.

The Safety Net Assistance Network (SNAN) is a growing network made up of all community sectors (nonprofit, education, faith-based, government, healthcare, media and business) collaborating in response to basic needs and financial stability in our community with a vision of creating a fundamental, lasting change in the clients we serve in Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester Counties.
