The Thrive@Program™ is designed to meet ALICE (Asset-Limited, Income-Constrained, Employed) families where they are, with services embedded in schools, at work, places of worship, homes and at our Centers for Strong Families.
Thrive provides more than advice — it offers actionable, ongoing support through trained Family Coaches who walk alongside families. Whether facing eviction, financial stress or job loss, families are empowered to set goals and take steps toward lasting financial independence.
Support Family Stability. Keep Students Enrolled.

Thrive@School™ is a virtual access point for families with school-aged children, designed to interrupt school mobility by providing timely prevention services. School mobility is one of the strongest predictors of academic decline; by stabilizing families before crises force a move, Thrive@School helps students remain enrolled, connected and on track to succeed.
Support and Strengthen our Workforce.

Thrive@Work™ is an employer-embedded service that increases staff retention and reduces financial stress for employees and their families. Financial instability is a leading driver of absenteeism, turnover and job loss; by meeting ALICE workers where they earn their income, Thrive@Work removes barriers—such as transportation, childcare and urgent financial crises—that threaten employment, helping individuals stay working and strengthening the overall workforce.
Support Where Trust Runs Deep.

Thrive@Worship™ partners with diverse faith-based institutions that serve as trusted anchors for families seeking support. Many families turn first to their spiritual communities in times of need; delivering coaching and coordinated services within these familiar settings reduces stigma, increases engagement and ensures families receive help where they already feel safe and connected.
Support Right Where Families Live.

Thrive@Home™ provides on-site coaching within affordable housing communities, breaking down barriers like transportation and system complexity. Housing stability is the foundation for family stability; by bringing services directly into residential communities, Thrive@Home removes logistical obstacles, strengthens resident networks and ensures families can access support where they live.
