Invest in People. Transform Communities.
Too many hardworking families live one setback away from a financial crisis. Thrive@Work™ changes that, bringing personalized support into the workplace so employees can overcome challenges, reduce financial stress and build lasting stability. With stronger families come stronger businesses, and a stronger community for us all.
From one-on-one financial coaching and direct financial assistance to connections with vital community resources, Thrive@Work meets your team where they are, so they can focus, thrive and bring their best self to work every day.

Custom, Employer-Led Programming
Every workforce is unique—and Thrive@Work is designed to adapt. Together, we build a program that aligns with your company’s culture, priorities and goals. You set the parameters — who’s eligible and what support looks like — while Trident United Way delivers a turnkey, confidential system that makes it easy for your employees to get seamless, virtual assistance when and where they need it most.
Simple for employers. Life-changing for employees.
