Community engagement is the process an organization uses to engage and connect with the community to advance their work toward a community goal. TUW Community Engagement grants are awarded for activities and events that align with our focus areas of education, financial stability and health, and are typically one-time, episodic and/or short-term in length. Community Engagement activities are aimed at connecting individuals to resources and strengthening volunteer engagement across the Tri-County.
