Trident United Way, in partnership with The Post and Courier, has launched the Tri-County Hurricane Matthew Recovery Fund to address the emerging needs presented by the impact from the hurricane that affected the Tri-County area October 7- 8th 2016.

To aid in the recovery, Trident United Way has set aside $100,000 in reserve funds to match dollar-for-dollar any public donations up to $100,000. All funds raised will be directed to local organizations working to assist local individuals and families affected by this crisis. Trident United Way will underwrite all administrative costs associated with dispersing these funds, and 100 percent of the money received will go directly to supporting flood recovery efforts.

Thank you to all the companies and individuals who made generous contributions to the Tri-County Hurricane Matthew Fund.
