211 helps Tri-County residents find local resources such as food, housing, health care and crises navigation. Residents and organizations can access 211 in four ways:

  1. By calling 211 to reach a live, phone representative
  2. Downloading the free SC211 phone app
  3. Visiting the sc211.org website
  4. Text "Help" to 211-211

Trident United Way is proud to invest in 211 for our community and provide access free-of-charge to the people and organizations that need the resources and services most.

211 Tri-County Reports

Reports provided by 211 show how many people are accessing services and which services are in the highest demand in the Tri-County area. This allows Trident United Way to understand emerging and ongoing needs and work with partners on ways to address needs and gaps.

Interactive 211 Reports

This interactive 211 report makes it possible to look at community needs data in different and deeper ways. On the left side of the report are FILTERS, which change the geography, time frame, and need category visible in the rest of the report. The right side includes a chart of MONTHLY CALLS and a table of individual NEEDS sorted by call volume. There is a MAP in the center to visualize the selected geography. The report can be viewed full screen by selecting the button in the lower right hand corner.

The first report highlights caller needs from the first half of 2022. The second report highlights caller demographics in the first half of 2022.
