Berkeley Prosperity Center Family, Fun, and Finance Night

Join the Berkeley Prosperity Center and Bank of America for a night of Family, Fun, Food and Finance! 

This workshop is for families of all kinds to learn the basics of savings, income, and budget. 

The workshop will include a light dinner followed by a financial overview and breakout sessions for parents and kids. 

Adult and Teen sessions will cover:

• Assessing household income potential 
• Identifying ways to reduce expenses 
• Optimize your income
• Community resources 
• Starting a savings program 

For children ages 8 and under, there will be a scavenger hunt for pennies and a free piggy bank to collect their finds. 

A session for school age children will be offered to provide an introduction to savings and maximinzing budget where they will receive a free backpack with school supplies.
