Tri-County Community Health Needs Assessment

The 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment Survey is now closed.

The Core Partners of Healthy Tri-County (MUSC Health, Roper St. Francis Healthcare and Trident United Way) are conducting the 2019 Tri-County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). 

The data collection phase for the 2019 CHNA closed on February 15, 2019. Data analysis will begin soon. The 2019 CHNA report is slated to be released Fall 2019/Winter 2020.

In the Spring of 2016, Trident United Way partnered with Roper St. Francis Healthcare to implement the Tri-County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). Nearly 1,500 individuals provided feedback to the CHNA through surveys, focus groups and interviews.  Findings from the 2016 CHNA are now available in the Tri-County Health Landscape Report for your reading pleasure below or click here to download. It is our hope that the information contained in this report helps makes community members better advocates for improving local health outcomes.
