Tri-County Community Health Workgroup Meeting

The Tri-County Community Health Workgroup is a group of community partners that meet to streamline health data collection efforts and maximize collaborative utilization of data in the region. They also increase awareness about existing Tri-County health programs and resources.

Target Participants: 

  • Staff from multi-sector organizations with a background or interest in data collection, visualization and dissemination

Commitment:

  • 4-6 hours per month (both time within monthly meetings and independent work efforts)
