What about Income?
| Trident United Way invests in programs and initiatives that help people in the tri-county become more economically stable by supporting a variety of financial education programs and human service offerings. The centerpiece of this work is Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), which provides free tax preparation to hard-working families with low-to-moderate incomes. | In addition to funded partners, TUW provides HUD Counseling and works in partnership with the Trident Urban League and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide free tax preparation services through the Volunteers in Tax Assistance (VITA) program. |
