Tri-County Regional Health Improvement Community Conversations

Healthy Tri-County and Trident United Way will be hosting a series of health improvement community conversations to listen to what community members want, need and feel regarding access to care, behavioral health, clinical preventive services, obesity, nutrition and physical activity and maternal, child and infant health. These conversations will help inform the Tri-County Regional Health Improvement Plan.
