Community Issues Management

Community Issues Management (CIM) is a mapping system that allows us to identify community resources and challenges. Using CIM, we can identify gaps in services as well as the success of services and programs in targeted areas.
Community service organizations can use CIM to identify populations within our community who are in need of services. Those organizations can also use CIM to measure their successes. Using CIM as one of many resources, Trident United Way has worked with community partners to establish the 10-year community impact goals below.
