If your child is starting 5-year old kindergarten in the Fall of the coming school year, he/she is eligible to join Countdown to Kindergarten!

When you enroll your child in the Countdown to Kindergarten, you will receive information and materials from Countdown throughout the year, such as:

• recommendations of books for you to read with your child
• essential steps in helping your child get ready for school
• ideas to promote learning at home
• reminders of important dates
• important information regarding school registration
• school dates for open house and other events
