Campaigns should be informative, but they should
also be a good time. Here are some ideas for making
your campaign fun.
Children’s Drawing Contest
Give employees “official photographs” of one or
two top executives to take home for their children
to draw. Limit contest to children who are 12
or under. Employees vote for the best drawing
by paying $3 per vote. Give prizes to all participants.
Display winning portraits as a part of the organization’s
permanent art collection.
Book/Video Sale
Ask employees to donate old books, videos, and
cassette tapes for an employee book
sale. Sell paperbacks for $2, hardbacks for $4
and cassettes, CDs and videos for up to $5.
A
Dollar An Inch
Employees get to cut off a piece of their boss’
tie with each donation; you decide how much to
charge per inch. Executives participate in an
all day event to see who ends up with the shortest
tie. Give prizes for the shortest tie, ugliest
tie, etc…
Casual
Day
Choose a participation minimum, or charge a onetime
fee. For a twist, try a theme day; give prizes
for the most original outfit.
